Rondo Day Outreach

Rondo Days was a really great day. It was great to see how excited the kids were to try the air cannon and the hovercraft. Even though it was really cold outside, we still had a lot of kids come and try the projects. Some kids even came back for more. The only bad part was that it was pretty cold. Besides that, Rondo Day was a really great day to celebrate with the community.

Rondo Day Outreach!

What a wonderful day to celebrate with the community. The kids were so happy to try our project. Its was cold but comfort came through communication with friends. I enjoyed KMOJ performance and sweet music they had played. What a delightful experience to participate in Rondo day. I saw two people that i knew and haven seen in a long time. The difficult part of this day was the weather but other then that the kids were awesome and i had a great time teaching them things about our project we made.

I think it effected the flow of visitors and the attitude of some, but the Fluid Team cant be stopped and we remained successful. I was a little distracted by the talent present at the celebration but remained and participated. This outreach was also… Continue

Rondo Days

While the weather was not very kind and welcoming to us today, the staff and participants of Rondo Days were! I had a lot of fun helping younger kids make their own air cannons and hover crafts. Their enthusiasm about making science projects at such a young age was new to me since science wasn't a very exciting subject for myself. I'm glad that we were able to show them thing that they had never seen before and encourage them to go to the Science Museum to learn more about them. All together… Continue
